Folks:
Top of the line M2 6m beam ~49' 4" boom (bought new and has been up only 1
yr.) - excellent shape and an excellent performer.
M2 specs 50.0 to 50.4 MHz over rated gain (FS)/ Over gnd. 14.8 dBi; Front to
back 23 dB typical (excellent side rejection also during strong 6 m.
openings); 50 ohm feed N connector; max VSWR 1.2 typical.
Weight 35'.

$550 (Texas Tower price is $769) but would prefer to trade for a good
quality smaller 6 m. beam (5 element minimum) + cash.

The new (1 yr.) antenna support iron pipe couldn't handle my HF Cubic quad
(4-element, 5 band, 30' boom) & the 6M9 spaced several feet above the quad
element's wires to clear them (13' above the quad) + the extra distance for
6M9 rope support.
(Yes, pipe bent when I titled the tower over - too long a lever arm even w/
the 6M9 35' weight;
 yes, I could have gone w/ a HF multi-band yagi & stacked the 6M9 only a few
feet above a yagi, but the quad has worked out super) .

6M9 is on the ground and available for inspection. Boom easily takes apart
for transportation.
