Starting at 8:00 PM (local) and continuing through the weekend, you will hear wall to wall CW signals on the HF Bands.  This is the CQ WPX CW contest - http://www.cqwpx.com/rules.htm -

The exchange is RST and a sequential serial number.  There will be stations from around the globe.  You get points for each contact (a different amount depending on where the other station is – see the rules in the link above).

Your multipliers are the prefixes.  So I would be an AB3 prefix, Boz would be a KG4 prefix, and so on.  

Even if you aren’t into contesting, it would be fairly easy to knock out 50-100 contacts over the weekend.  And since this contest includes both DX and North American stations, it would be a great chance to fill in a few blocks on your DXCC or WAS.
