Hello All,

At the last club meeting, the proposed changed (updated and modified) club Constitution and By-Laws were presented.  Both the original (current) and the new (proposed) documents have been posted on the opening page of the club web-site: http://www.qsl.net/smcara/

Please take a look at both.  We will have a discussion at the next meeting (May 24th) and will be voting on it during the July meeting.  

Speaking of meetings – In addition to the discussion about the Constitution and By-Laws, we’ll be finalizing the Field Day plans (Ren – will you be there?), and Boz will be making a presentation about a new digital mode, JT-65 is a low power, slow (but very accurate), digital DX mode that is gaining a lot of followers.
