[SMCARA] Repeaters?

There are five repeaters that are easily accessible from Lexington Park. 

 

146.640 (-, 146.2) Lexington Park

147.195 (-, 156.7) Hollywood

145.350 (-, 156.7) Prince Frederick

223.900 (-, no tone) Lexington Park

443.050 (+, no tone) Lexington Park 

 

You can also find a list of more distant repeaters on the SMCARA web site at
http://www.qsl.net/smcara/repeater.html. There are several Echolink and
other nodes listed there as well. 

 

The basic plan outlined between the local groups is the 146.64 is the main
repeater for Lexington Park and St. Mary's county. The 145.35 is a wide area
coverage repeater that covers about six counties and partially four more.
The 147.195 will eventually be the Echolink repeater for St. Mary's and
Calvert coming this summer.
