  Good morning Dennis and Ray,

  I am working on the Communication Plan for our April Second Quarter Health Care Drill scheduled for April 3, 2012 at 1930 and conducted from our six county hospitals, the Health Department and the EOC.  

  Per our discussion, and with permission of your hams, I would like a list of Winlink operators.  I would like to drill the success of Winlink interoperability among PRGE, Calvert, Charles and St. Mary's counties.  This will be a painless effort on your part.  PRGE will generate a simple email to the Winlink operators on the list you provide.  Your operators will then ping their Winlink account beginning after 2000L on April 3rd.  When the email is received they follow the short and simple instructions contained in the email and respond accordingly.  This way no one is expected to sit and watch for the email.  At the operator's convenience they ping and reply, even if it is the next day or two.  

  This is the first step to proofing interoperability among Region V's four south counties.   At some point I plan  to draw Montgomery County in a drill as well.    

  Prior to the Drill I will send out a comms plan to those WL2K operators on the list that we select to participate so they will know what to expect.  The VHF side of our drill begins at 1930 and ends at 2000, then we switch to our 440 Link System and do the digital side of our drill from 2000L to 2100L.
