One can tell I am not a ham from the days where there was novice license.
So let me rephrase the requirements. Any one whose license grants them 2m
privilages and a 2m radio is welcome to help.
As of right now I have two people on the list as showing up.

Next Sunday (11th of March 2012)  is an opportunity to serve the community
by providing communications for the Lower Potomac River Marathon.
We will be meeting up in the Harry Lunberg School parking lot at 06:30.

All you need is at least a Technician License and a 2m Radio.
Reflective gear is a plus.

We need those who would like to help, or were already planning to help to
notify us of your intensions to do so. Please reply by COB Wednesday.

As of this moment we don't have anyone down as coming.
