I'll be there at 1000 on Saturday for setup. I may have to bail out in the PM for a while to help with the So. MD Mission Of Mercy free dental clinic in Chopticon HS, but will be back for dinner and a few QSOs. I'll help with Sunday cleanup too.
I'll bring the club generator, coax, filters, autotuner, Ant Analyzer, 6M ant and mast, some AC extension cords and GFI distro box. I'll put in a spare HF rig from K3NAL as a backup. The Packup kit with headphones, key, mike, etc will be in the truck also.
All- don't forget to bring headphones! Having multiple stations blasting away on speakers is chaos! Headphone splitters allow visitors to "listen in".
Remember to keep an eye on your ALC level. Running your TX full clockwise on the mic gain just makes splatter and your signal doesn't go any further!

Time for a headcount... Please post to the list and let everyone know if you’re coming, when you plan on showing up and how long you’ll stick around – especially if you can help with set-up or tear down. Also let us know how many people you’ll be bringing with you (spouses, kids, friends). This will help us with last minute planning...
Current schedule is: (all times can be followed by “ish”)
Saturday – 10 AM to 2 PM – Set-up
Saturday 2 PM to Sunday 2 PM – Operations
Saturday 2 PM to 10 PM – Demonstrations, GOTA, Community Visits, etc.
Saturday 2 PM and 8 PM – Amateur Radio examination sessions (all license classes)
Saturday 6 PM to 8 PM – Potluck dinner
Sunday 6 AM to 7 AM – Breakfast
Sunday 2 PM to 4 PM (ish) – tear down
One note – we know many (including Tammy and I) consider our pets as part of our families. But please leave your pets at home. The obvious exception to this are registered assistance animals. That said, if someone from the community shows up to visit with a pet (as has happened in the past), and as long as the pet is leashed, well-behaved, and picked up after, please welcome them.
