Ray (KB3FWW) will be bringing his grill. I'm not sure about propane.

Ill bring a watermelon with me, along with my new ten meter, ham stick like
antenna offering. My IC7K will provide RF, my laptop will provide control
and logging. The tater gun will be around for evening entertainment.

Speaking of food, who is bringing the grill? Do we have propane available?

Boz

The latest weather report for this weekend is 88 degrees on Saturday and 87
degrees on Sunday with a 30% chance of Isolated Thunder-Storms throughout
the weekend. Its getting better – a few days ago there was a 60% chance of
T-Storms.

As I mentioned yesterday, our clubs philosophy of Field Day is as a
demonstration to the community about what we can do and a Social gathering.
A big part of of the our social time is the pot-luck dinner. The club will
be providing hamburgers, hot dogs, buns, and all the fixings. We’ll also be
providing a variety of sodas and bottles of water and other non-alcoholic
drinks. If you have a special need (non-caffeinated, special brands, etc.)
for drinks, let us know.

Now comes the pot-luck side of things.

My MUCH better half (Tammy, K3TAM) will be making brownies for dessert and a
tater-tot hot-dish (casserole for those not raised in Minnesota).

What will you be bringing to tempt our taste-buds? There will be commercial
power available to plug in a crock-pot. There is also ice available at the
fire-house to keep things that need cooling, cool.

I’ve also been toying with the idea of doing a breakfast the next morning –
something simple, scrambled eggs and bacon/sausage. What are your thoughts?

Please feel free to share your ideas and opinions... I’m starting to feel
lonely...

Tom, AB3IC
