[SMCARA] Field Day Extra Points and stuff

Civil Air Patrol (CAP) and Coast Guard Auxiliary (CGAUX) Communications will 
be there.
They will have a 45W solar power system.

CAP is considering demonstrating their Airborne Imaging capability by taking 
an image of the Field Day site and downloading it to the site; if they can 
arrange it as part of a training flight mission.

There will be a short seminar on Basic Knots for the Amateur Radio Antenna 
Farm.

Still working on getting a Red Cross Disaster Services visit.
