[SMCARA] aprs balloon project

We found the foam container for the balloon at Wal-Mart yesterday and have also found a prospective parachute and an HT that I would like at you to look at and tell me what you think.

I have also found a source of helium for the project at http://www.threemulesweld.com/he80. From what I’ve read we’ll need two 80 cubic Ft tanks and still have 10 Cubic Ft left over.
