[SMCARA] Thursday's Meeting

Hi All...

I hope you have Thursday evening marked off on your calendar.  We’ll be meeting at the Pax River NAS Museum (just outside of Gate 1) at 7:30 for our August meeting.  

Last month we started to review the new constitution and by-laws, but stopped after we figured out that we needed 2 officers present (and I was the only one there) to approve any vote.

So – a plea to my fellow club officers – please show up on Thursday.  If the new constitution and by-laws are approved by the club, we’ll be taking nominations for officer positions, with the vote scheduled for the September meeting.

We’ll also be looking at beam antennas for the club station and setting a date for the antenna party to get it on the air.
