[SMCARA] Help with a program

Grant,

Start by right-clicking on the program icon, then select properties.  

Select the Compatibility mode

Check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for:

Select Windows 95 from the pull-down box

Click the Apply then the OK button.

Usually this works, but sometimes not.  Hope this works for you.

Hello all.
I have a program that helped me learn Morse Code for my Tech Plus so many
years ago. 
Program is called "Morse Code made easy."  
I love the program and the way it builds up.  I especially love the test
runs and grading.  
Problem is that it was made for Windows 95 and won't run on Windows7.  

Have done some rudimentary searches across the internet for the original
programmer.  No luck.  
Can anybody take the program and make it run on Windows7?
