Hi All,

As you may know the “executive committee” has been tasked with re-doing the club by-laws. There are many things in the document that are OBE (overcome by events) and some just plain obsolete. 

I’d like to meet with the executive committee (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and Boz) after the test session next Saturday (April 21st) to make the changes. Anyone else who would like to be involved with the re-write is also invited. I’m hoping it will only take an hour or two. 
If you need a copy of the current by-laws, send me a request at gl1800winger at verizon.net and I’ll get one out to you. 

Plan on meeting at 11:00 at the JF Taylor building (next to the Museum) at 11:00 AM. (if the testing is still on-going, we’ll visit in the lobby until they’re done).

The re-written by-laws will be presented to the club members at our Thursday evening (April 26th) meeting for comment and, hopefully, a vote to approve.
