[SMCARA] Fred Maia passing and W5YI VEC

As many of you know, I have been conducting my amateur radio exams through W5YI VEC for the past 15 something years. It is a group that I am familiar with and that's why I continue testing with them. I contacted W5YI VEC asking if Fred's passing would affect the ham radio  exams, their answer was no. W5YI VEC will still cary on with Fred's callsign and continue with processing amateur radio exams. I still plan on using W5YI VEC for the exam session on April 21. If you plan on taking the exam or helping out as a VE please RSVP.
