Hi All,

This weekend brings the CQ WorldWide RTTY contest.

The contest runs from Sept. 24 (0000Z) to Sept. 25 (2400Z) - 48 hours. 

This is a great chance to pick up some good DX on multiple HF bands and on a mode that many don't use. 

With the way 10 meters has been acting (quite nicely, thank you) this is a good chance for Techs to have some HF fun, and General Class can be competitive with higher license classes because the RTTY frequencies are well within the General class limits. 

So, break out your Ham Radio Deluxe (or a myriad of other free programs, hook up your computer sound cards (or turn on your Rigblaster/SignaLink/TNC) and have some fun on this reliable old digital mode.
