With regards to the 146.64, try using the PL tone of 146.2 Hz.

My radio friends,
   I have been "off the air" in the local area for about 3 years. (Out of 
country for 2, then new career)

   I understand that several of our local repeaters have been damaged or 
removed. (I remain on the reflector list)

   Does anyone have an up to date list of what is working?

   I can hear 146.64, but can't activate the repeater.  Not sure if it is my

dusty HT, or incorrect codes.

   Looking forward to chatting with y'all.
