[SMCARA] Merit Badge Workshop Postponed

Hello all, I thank those that replied saying that they would be available
to assist me in holding a merit badge workshop for troop 1846 but due to a
last minute conflict is was cancelled for December 3rd with a request to be
flexible for the beginning of next year. I will keep you all posted when
the troop selects a new date.
