Contesting provides a unique operating opportunity to increase your DXCC and WAS totals. Here’s what my WAS and DXCC numbers did over the last few weeks, which included both the phone and CW portions of the ARRL November Sweepstakes and the phone portion of the CQ WW DX contests.

DXCC: As I sent out the other day, I’m now up to 93 countries confirmed via LotW. Here’s what I gained from the CW Sweepstakes and the CQ WW DX Phone contest (the CW contest is coming up the week after Thanksgiving, but family obligations will keep me off the air):
