[SMCARA] Field Day

Forgot to use SMCARA so forgive the dupe...

I plan on bringing the 2020, the at-1011, solar cells, and a balloon antenna setup.  I can run 5/8 40m and higher to stay under the 115ft ceiling and NOT file a NOTAM (so no 80/160m work...sorry).
