What a great contest – I never enter with the idea of winning, or even making much of an impact.  Rather I just like to spend some time on the Rig and have some fun and make a few more contacts that a normal (non-contest) weekend might allow.

I ended up making 261 contacts in about 24 hours of operating.  My final (claimed) score was 92685.

Lots of Europe, a 10 meter opening, most of my contacts were on the 20 meter band.  

Furthest contact was in Australia – best contact was Qatar where I busted a major pile-up and made contact on the first try – take that you megawatt stations with 20 element monoband yagi’s on top of 500 foot towers!!!!

If anyone would be interested in doing a multi-op contest someday, let me know – we’ll find a contest, make plans, and above all else, have some fun...
