Very Interesting.  It is done by NZ4O which might trigger something - there 
was also a pop-up on the site that I ignored.

I didn't see anything that would make me think this was a questionable site, 
and certainly no "Hatred" or "Racism."

As you know, HF operations live and die by solar propagation.  The
latest solar cycle (#24) is really starting its upswing with recent
solar flare indices over 100 and continually improving.

I found a great web-site for forecasting the propagation on HF and 6
meters (with some VHF/UHF thrown in for good measure)...

Scroll through the entire page for some very interesting and useful
information.
