[SMCARA] 146.64 repeater

I agree with Ren...  Battery backup and charging of the battery system
are two independent things.  The best setup is to run the system full
time off of a correctly sized battery system which is being charged by
the primary power grid.  If your battery pack is near exhaustion due
to an extended grid outage, at that point you bring in a portable
generator to recharge the batteries...

After the battery pack is in place, then you can consider solar as a
*charging* option if you want 100% independence from the grid.
