[SMCARA] 146.64 repeater

FYI there is no power backup at Hermanville.  We are at the mercy of
SMECO!  

We do have a club genny and in the case of a prolonged outage, someone
could go down there and crank it up.  That would be Pete or his
designated rep (that sounds pretty official!) since he has the key.
