[SMCARA] Field Day Update

All,

Based on your replies to what I sent out last night we are still in need of
generators w/fuel and feedline. As of right now I have 5 antennas 4 of which
will be a minimum of 100 feet from the building we are going to need longer
lengths in order ie 150ft to maintain antenna separation to help in
preventing the blanking that occured last year.

Based on Tom's (AB3IC) suggestion I would like to *start* the transmission
power levels at 50 watts. We can work them higher if no interference occurs
with other stations. I will be sending this out again tonight in a word doc
with the updated setup configuration based on putting Ren's Antenna back in
the mix. I am trying to maintain at least a 15ft separation between
antennas. The 15ft is just a number that seemed reasonable.

Again it seems there are going to be more operators than available radios so
would it make sense to set up a shift schedule? Or do we try to run a
different configuration and bring more radios online and create our own
little band plan?
An example would be to split 15 meters Radio 1 would get 21.275 -> 21.3624
and Radio 2 would get 21.3625 ->21.450.

Lastly if you are bringing a radio and have a band preference please let me
know other wise I will just go down the list and assign the next available
band and please review the list below and let me know if I have missed
anything.

Thanks,
Dan -- KB3UUN
