Tom,

You may remember me although my time in your class was too brief and I had to drop out, way too much on my plate.

One of those things is working with my brother, Charles Chandler, in support of his Tornado theory.  He is a free lance scientist/researcher and has devoted thousands of hours since the tornado took out La Plata years ago.  He looked at all the data of the last 40 years and has seen what others have missed in the role of electromagnetism and static electricity.  With another factor isolated, forecasters will have greater accuracy and the public will have additional time to seek cover.

Charles is at the stage of producing a model to test and document the role of electromagnetism.  We can build the physical stage and purchase the equipment, but we are not qualified to install the testing/monitoring equipment.  I am attaching the test specs in the hope that a ham or technician would get excited and want to get involved.
