Peter,

While you can't make QSOs with it, I suggested to Walt Rupp that one of us
recon all of the SDRs that can be operated over the internet...then make up
some instructions.  That way all of our new members could monitor HF, even
from a European location.

The instructions for doing this might make a nice addition to the club web
site.
