[SMCARA] Tammy needs references

In order to take some of the pressure off of me, Tammy has volunteered to try to get a job.  She is currently applying at Wal-Mart and needs some references from anyone who she has done volunteer work with - She has worked both the Southern Maryland and the Chopticon Marathon/Fun Run.
