[SMCARA] Communication while at the Richmond Frost Fest

I plan to keep my HT tuned to 147.42 (Sam's Echo link node).  

I figure most of us have it programmed in our HT, it's not likely to be
used in Richmond and it's A common frequency we can contact one another on.

On another note, Craig (N3ZZO) and I plan to eat breakfast at the Iron
Skillet Saturday morning around 0630 - 0645.  It's located at I-95 and Route

207 in Ruther Glen VA (by exit 104).
