Mike,

That's fine. It's an open repeater. Pretty much anyone can do whatever they
want as long as it's civil.

We do not want this to take the place of the .64 repeater, but rather
augment the communications possibilities in Southern Maryland. So having a
second mini-net after the SMCARA net to check the coverage will help provide
good information.
