The web page characterizes the document as covering the dawn of MODERN
digital communications in the amateur radio world. However, the actual
document omits the word "modern." Without the "modern" qualifier, the dawn
of digital communications in the amateur radio world would necessarily
refer to spark gap transmitters keyed by hand and I see no mention of such
in the text. Hmmmm.....
