[SMCARA] APRS Balloon

A balloon was launched from California with an APRS beacon on board.  I
crossed the US and the Atlantic at about 109,000 feet and 150 MPH (jet
stream).  It crossed the Spanish coast close to NS Rota Spain, where I
was EA7BXP for a couple of years, and has plopped down in the Med near
Mallorca.
