[SMCARA] Congratulations to the New and Upgrading Hams

 Saturday, 6 August 2011 test session produced 3 upgrades and 1 new Tech.  Much thanks to VE's assisting KB3DXT, N8TVQ, and N2OMC.
The examinees were:
Tom Dulaney  KB3UBE upgraded from General to Extra
Elizabeth Landmann  KB3WIA is a new Tech
Michael Landmann Jr. KB3WEY upgraded from Tech to General
Christopher Marise  KK4BZT upgraded from Tech to General.
