[SMCARA] Tuesday Night Net Time Change to 20:30

After a couple of polls on the Tuesday night nets on 146.640 everyone seems
agreeable to moving the time of our weekly net to 20:30 for the summer hours
to hopefully give everyone a chance get a little more done in the evenings
and so forth. 
 
So unless there is a overwhelming response to moving out time starting next
week please plan on joining us a half hour later at 20:30 on 146.640 K3HKI
repeater.

Hope to see everyone at the new time and thanks for making the net a
success. If you have any ideas for any activities or weekly discussions
please let me know and I'll try and put a schedule together.
