[SMCARA] Testing materials in the mail

Fellow Hams,
Yesterday's test session is in the mail to W5YI and the 2 new techs 
have been entered in the W5YI database.  The new calls should be out 
sometime by the end of next week or into the following week.  Upgrades 
will be processed when W5YI gets the session materials. All testing 
materials from the past 3 sessions are complete and have been sent to 
W5YI for processing.
