[SMCARA] 1/2 Marathon Support

We have an opportunity to support the St. Charles Half Marathon.

The date is Sunday, April 18th.

When we do public service like this, we really improve the way the community around us looks at us.  And it is part of our Part 97 mandate...   So please consider coming out and helping with this.  All you'll need is a 2-meter HT or mobile rig (and at least a Tech license, of course).  For those without an HT or mobile, we may be able to scrounge one up for you to borrow.
