CLASS QUESTION POOL EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2010!!!!!!!! THE ELEMENT 3 
GENERAL CLASS IS GOOD TILL JUNE 30, 2011.  THE EXTRA CLASS POOL IS GOOD 
TILL JUNE 30, 2012.  THE GENERAL (ELEMENT 3) AND EXTRA (ELEMENT 4) 
EXAMS WILL BE GENERATED FROM THE CURRENT QUESTION POOLS.
