Hi All,

Well the snow has started and most of us will be confined to our homes
today.... This would be a great day to do some clean-up around the house,
catch up on all those hunny-do's that have been building up, or to go to the
shack, fire up the rig(s), and play a bit. If you lean towards the latter,
and would like to try a contest or two... Here's a few that are going on
this weekend...

Contest (CW) on 3.5 to 28 MHz...
The exchange is RST & Serial Number - Find more info at
http://concours.ref-union.org/index.php#dx (it helps to know a little
french)

>From 1/30 1300Z (0800 Local) to 1/31 1300Z (0800 Local) - The UBA (Belgian
Amat. Radio Soc. Contest (Phone) on 3.5 to 28 MHz

And finally if you have a stack of older gear you'd like to get on the air
with (though its not really required)...
>From 1/31 1400Z (1/31 0900 Local) to 2/1 0800Z (2/1 0300 Local) - The
Classic Exchange (CW) Contest. on 1.8 to 28 MHz, 50 MHz, and 144 MHz...
