Exam session fee $15
Bring copy of license (if any)
2 forms of ID
Certificate of Successful Completion (CSCE) from qualified VEC (ARRL, 
W5YI)
etc... (if any)
Other element credit i.e. pre 1987 Technician License (if any)
Pen/pencil
Simple calculator.
