[SMCARA] Meet Captain Bill (KB3GRC)

For those interested, some of us local hams are going to Solomon's Island
this evening to meet 
KB3GRC (AKA Captain Bill).  Capn Bill is a waterman who travels between the
Eastern Shore and
Here depending on the season.  Capn Bill is a semi-regular user of the
146.64 and 146.775 repeaters.
This will be our first eyeball QSO.

We will meet at Roy Rogers at 1800 hours.
