HI all.
I have been flirting with a dead computer for the last four days.
Finally, I have something on line!
Plans for the booth have materialized very well.
The canopy has been obtained, a computer generated display with software is complete and hand outs have been secured. THANK YOU Pete!!
We are planning on meeting at the Hanger 101 parking lot  on Friday at 1000 to set up the booth.
We still need to set up a watch list for the two days of the Air Show.
The computer display equipment needs to watched throughout the day. I will take care of bringing the equipment  in and out of Hanger 101 each evening.
If you do not have base access for Friday please contact me for a pass.

As of our SMCARA monthly meeting 4/23/09, I have the persons listed below as  volunteers for manning the SMCARA space in Hanger 101 on the dates of 5/22/09 to 5/23/09.

I will need to set up a list for each day.

My plans are are to be available all three days, especially for the booth set up Friday 5/22/09 at 0900 and take down Sunday 5/24/.09.at1700

If you do not have access to NAS  Pax River via some form of Government I D, (friends car) please call me immediately to provide additional information.

I will need some ideas for "rack cards"

For Pete, I will need some dialogue to identify some equipment to provide a display and some kind of signage. I plan on using some of the materials from our Museum display.
