This radio has had the software modification allowing free band transmit
capabilities.
This can be changed back via software very easily if desired.

The speaker membrane modification has not been performed - therefore it is
still
waterproof as the manufacture intended.

This is not a beat up shaky radio.  It works perfectly in every way.

I am asking $300 in cash.

I am not looking for trades.  It's possible I would be willing to trade, but
I don't think there
