Hi folks,

Ok, this is the LAST CALL for the annual St. Mary's County Amateur Radio
Association (SMCARA) WINTER 'pot luck' DINNER to be held at the Naval
Air Museum tomorrow (WEDNESDAY) evening from 6 - 8 PM in the main hall.
I hope that all of you (well, everyone that can come) will try to stop
by and share in a free dinner with us.

So far, I know for sure that we will have five pounds of pulled beef and
sandwich rolls to make sandwiches, macaroni salad, tossed salad, potato
salad, chili, potato chips and dip, and multiple deserts including home
made carrot cake, pumpkin pie, and others. We also will have a variety
of of sodas, water and coffee.

We still need things like baked or fried chicken, any kind of pasta,
baked beans, rolls, fruit tray, veggie tray, cookies, cupcakes, etc. to
round out the dinner if some of you still need ideas of what to bring.

Remember, this event is free and open to all SMCARA members, their
families, other amateur radio operators in the community, their friends,
prospective members, etc. Casual dress - no need to impress anyone.
Just come hungry.

Again, the dinner is tomorrow night (WEDNESDAY) beginning at 6 PM at the
museum in the main hall. Don't show up on Thursday and wonder where
everyone is (Waymond!). If you want to help set up, we should be doing
that at 5:30 PM (need to set up a few tables and chairs, get the food
and ice chests set up, etc.

Hope to see all of you!!
