Ladies and gentlemen:

I have for sale one ICOM IC-2GAT 2M handheld transceiver including original
wall charger, original rubber duckie, original soft conformal cover (very
nice), original user manual, BC-30 drop-in charger and one MAHA BP-8 battery
pack (Ni-MH, 8.4V, 1200mAh). I am the original owner and the radio has seen
very light usage; actually, it has spent most of its life sitting on a
bookshelf in the study. Consequently, it is in like-new condition. The MAHA
BP-8 looks new but is several years old and has to work a little to put out
5 watts; operation at one watt is no sweat. Although I am including the
BC-30 in this sale, it is designed for use with ICOM Ni-Cads; I have only
used it cautiously and to a limited extent with the MAHA BP-8.

The radio is a 20-channel transceiver which transmits 140-150 MHz and
receives 138-174 MHz (I am listening to NOAA weather radio on it right now).
Low TX power is one watt and the radio will generate 7 watts with 13.2 VDC
in; a fresh BP-8 will give you 5 watts out.

Price for the package is $75.00 COB (cash on barrelhead). Will ship within
the US at buyer expense.

This is a neat little radio that deserves to be used rather than sit on my
bookshelf some more.
