Will test all elements except Element 1 Morse Code.

Bring 2 forms of ID, Copy of license if upgrading, CSCE's if any.
 Also anyone wishing to do a "paper upgrade" (CSCE with appropriate elements?
will be done at this session.
VE's Bring your VEC Credentials W5YI or ARRL. I will be Conducting 
W5YI and meet at 9:30 at the museum.
