[SMCARA] Spy Satellite USA 193 visible this evening

There is a very good chance to see the Spy Satellite USA 193 tonight.
It will be your best shot to see it before they attempt to hit it will
a missile it on Thursday.  The pass will be from 18:12 to 18:17 local
time.  It will rise in the SW, go up to 61 degrees elevation in the
NW, and set in the NNE.
