[SMCARA] K6O special event station to commemorate the CIA's60th anniversary

Boy and do they ever.  They have a transmitter in the ham 30 meter band
(high - above 10,125) that is so dirty you can hear the key clicks for
many KHz up and down the band.  They tried SSB for a while and the audio
was so distorted that I couldn't copy it at all.  They probably wondered
why the recipients all of a sudden stopped following orders!

CW only?  Makes sense.  But I would have figured that they would have
been running a polytone or numbers station as well...wait...they do that
already.  LAWL!
