[SMCARA] ARRL SET-Thanks

Hi,

Thanks to all that helped with the SET this year.  We had a few check-ins,
passed a few messages via H.F. and Winlink.  I filed the SET EC report with
a total score of 64 points.  Of the three years I have taken part in this
event, this is the first SET EC report that I know of that has been filed.

Also, this week, on Wednesday the MD RACES jurisdictions took part in a net
with W1AW/3 that was in Washington DC in support of the MARS event that
demo'ed Amateur Radio for Congress.  We had fourteen operators sign-in and
one of the group had a QSO the Congressman Ross. Link to story -
