[SMCARA] ARRL SET this weekend

Hi Everyone,

I have been waiting for directions from the SEC on our goals for this
weekend SET.  I have not heard anything so far.  So, I'll open a net on the
775 repeater at 10 am on Saturday and secure at 2 p.m. and repeat the net on
Sunday.  I ask everyone to take a moment to write an NTS message addressed
to the MDC SEC and very briefly describe your capabilities.  The text of the
message could read:

 " Licensed 10 years operating FM SSB Digital from Great Mills in St. Mary's
County"

I'll ask for check-ins with traffic, please respond with your callsign only.
I'll copy the traffic and send to the SEC via Winlink.  That should give him
an idea of our County's capabilities.  Please be ready for delays - it's a
slow process handling voice traffic.
