Here is another TelPac station to add to your list.  I tried to hit it last
night with 100 watts, no joy, but I have a low antenna.

Hello All,

My telpac station is on the air and fully functional with internet (high
speed) access the call has changed its now WE4LC-10 . Its antenna is up
about 150ft with generator backup this station is on air 24/7 365 days a
year please make use of it and spread the word to all EOC's so they can use
it. The channel is 145.730 enjoy
