[SMCARA] New EC

All,
  I wanted to put out a quick note to let everyone
know  that I have stepped down as the EC for St.
Mary's County. Between two jobs, family and all the
travel, I just didn't have the time to put into the
position. I asked Ray Brown, KB3FWW if he would be
willing to take over and he graciously accepted. The
program is  certainly in good hands and I would like
to thank Ray for taking over.  Glad to see he has the
net up and running, hopefully I'll be able to check-in
one of these weeks!
